1990 : COMMITMENTS : COMPETITION & THE ENVIRONMENT

Competition programmes took on an international dimension with factory partnerships (Yoshimura, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki). They improve Motul's brand awareness and boost recognition of its know-how, thereby establishing the basis of its international development strategy. In car racing, its activities also go far beyond the framework of the national market (Porsche, BMW, Honda).
As concerns over the environment were growing, Motul highlighted its strategic choices with the famous vegetable origin Esters included in the formulation of its 100% synthetic lubricants.
